We provide one-on-one executive coaching for CEOs, Presidents, and senior leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. Together, we clarify your personal development goals, strengthen core leadership and communication skills, and connect your day-to-day actions to your values and long-term vision. A key focus is shifting your team from dependency to ownership—coaching you to empower, train, and hold others accountable for bringing thoughtful recommendations and solutions, rather than just problems and barriers.

We help leaders build healthy, high-performing teams by focusing on trust, clarity, and accountability. Our work often includes:
We facilitate and moderate one-on-one interactions as well as group training sessions, always with an eye toward sustainable performance—not just short-term results.
John is an International Facilitators Organization (IFO)–certified facilitator. IFO is a leading provider of training, certification, and community for professional peer group facilitators.
We use this facilitation expertise to support forums, peer groups, and leadership circles—creating structured, safe environments where leaders can share challenges, learn from each other, and be held accountable in a constructive way.
We support owners, founders, boards, and CEOs as they clarify their organization’s mission, vision, and values, then translate that clarity into a living, breathing culture.
Culture starts at the top. We work with leadership teams to:
Our goal is a culture that supports both strong performance and healthy, sustainable ways of working.
We design and implement right-sized performance management and development processes that fit your organization’s stage and culture. This often includes:
Performance management doesn’t have to be bureaucratic or burdensome. Done well, it provides clarity, focus, and growth—for both the organization and the individuals within it.
We build custom, practical approaches to succession planning across executive and functional leadership teams. Our work includes:
Effective succession planning supports both business continuity and peace of mind—for leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
Running a business with family members—whether a spouse, sibling, or parent-child duo—requires a careful balance of professional roles and personal relationships.
We support family-led executive teams by:
Our goal is sustainable growth and healthy family dynamics, so the business and the relationships can both thrive.
Leadership about how effectively you lead others, drive results, and grow alongside your team. Whether you’re a doctor running a clinic, a lawyer navigating the pressures of managing a firm, an optometrist juggling patient care and business ownership, or a small business owner wearing multiple hats, one truth remains:
There’s no gold star for doing it all on your own.
We work with professionals from every sector who want to move from competent to exceptional leaders. Executive coaching isn’t just for CEOs at Fortune 500 companies—it’s a powerful tool for anyone who wants to lead more effectively, think more strategically, and build a culture where others take ownership and thrive.
Most professionals didn’t go to school for leadership. You trained to become an excellent clinician, attorney, designer, accountant, or entrepreneur. But now, you’re responsible for people. You’re leading teams, making decisions under pressure, and setting the tone for your organization. That’s where executive coaching can be transformative. Here are some themes we see in our work that coaching helps address:
Every leader has them—patterns of thinking or behavior they can’t see clearly on their own. A coach helps you surface these blind spots through thoughtful feedback, pattern recognition, and challenging questions.
Do your employees wait for direction—or do they bring solutions and take initiative?
High-performing teams thrive when people feel ownership. Coaching helps you design clear systems of accountability and shift your leadership style from micromanaging to empowering. You’ll learn to ask better questions, set clearer expectations, and model the behaviors you want to see.
Misalignment is one of the biggest causes of frustration, inefficiency, and burnout. Coaching helps you step back and define: What is your job really? What should your team own? What does success look like for each role? With clarity comes confidence—and results.
Great leadership is about influence, not authority. Whether you’re leading a team meeting, handling a difficult employee conversation, or trying to win buy-in for a new initiative, your ability to connect, listen, and communicate clearly will make or break your effectiveness. Executive coaching hones these skills in real-time, often using real challenges from your day-to-day experience.
Trust is the foundation of any high-functioning team. Without it, collaboration breaks down, accountability is inconsistent, and innovation stalls. Through coaching, leaders learn how to foster trust—not just through their words, but through their actions. This includes consistency, follow-through, transparency, and the ability to genuinely hear others. Trust isn’t built overnight, but with intention and self-awareness, it can become one of your most powerful leadership tools.
Conflict in teams often arises when people operate from different, often unspoken, values. One team member may prioritize efficiency while another values thoroughness. One may seek harmony, while another values directness. Coaching helps you clarify your own core values—and how they shape your leadership. Just as importantly, you’ll learn to recognize how different values drive others' behavior, and how to reduce friction by aligning around shared goals and creating space for respectful difference. Values-based coaching supports empathy, improves conflict resolution, and strengthens team cohesion.
If any of this sounds familiar, coaching might be a fit:
Even coaches need coaches…think Ted Lasso! Coaching can help you take a step back, reset, and build a healthier, more effective leadership approach.
We help you ask the right questions, reflect deeply, and build the habits, mindset, and strategies that will serve you long after our coaching engagement ends.
You can expect:
We understand that coaching often brings up personal and professional vulnerabilities. You might be navigating conflict, career decisions, or internal doubt—and you need a safe space to process it all. All coaching conversations are private and protected. If your coaching engagement is supported or funded by your organization, we establish clear agreements at the outset about what is and isn’t shared. We believe meaningful growth can only happen when there’s trust, safety, and respect.
Working with a coach is a commitment—to yourself, your growth, and your future success. We’re here to walk alongside you as you tackle tough questions, build stronger leadership habits, and lead with purpose. The typical engagement includes both in-person and remote coaching. Because trust is critical, we strongly encourage in-person sessions, especially early on.
We hesitate to engage in a coaching relationship unless there is sincere commitment to the process, self-discovery, and a willingness to have authentic—sometimes uncomfortable—conversations. These crucial conversations are often most effective in person.
We can provide hourly or retained support. After an initial discussion to understand your needs for executive coaching support, we can determine the best path forward. Unless there is a very specific, short term deliverable, we typically ask for a minimum commitment of hours but then can shift to either retained or hourly support depending on which will better support the client.
There is no charge for an initial phone call to discuss the reasons you are exploring a partnership with an executive coach.
