Sight Casting Consulting partners with founders and senior leaders to navigate real-life complexity, build healthy high-performing teams, and lead with clarity and humanity—even when you’re overwhelmed. We support small to mid-cap businesses with executive coaching, strategic consulting, and marketing consulting. In addition to hourly, project and retained engagements, we also offer fractional and/or interim c-suite level support. We are located in Charlottesville Virginia and most of our clients are based in Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington DC. However, we are flexible and have supported teams throughout the U.S.. Our approach is customized to each individual or team and we leverage real world experience leading and managing as operators.
