Executive Coach, Fractional Executive, Business Consultant

Sight Casting Consulting partners with founders and senior leaders to navigate real-life complexity, build healthy high-performing teams, and lead with clarity and humanity—even when you’re overwhelmed. We support small to mid-cap businesses with executive coaching, strategic consulting, and marketing consulting. In addition to hourly, project and retained engagements, we also offer fractional and/or interim c-suite level support. We are located in Charlottesville Virginia and most of our clients are based in Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington DC. However, we are flexible and have supported teams throughout the U.S.. Our approach is customized to each individual or team and we leverage real world experience leading and managing as operators. My coaching blends real-world operating experience with a values-driven, human approach. Our consulting and executive coaching clients are typically in Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region as we feel that an effective executive coaching partnership should include in-person work and long-distance engagements can be challenging. However, we facilitate meetings and meet with clients in locations throughout much of the U.S.
